STUDENT RESPONSIBLE FOR:

- Pictures of Studio or treatment room reqired (4 ft. table for practice and 2 stools) Treatment bed not sufficient.
- Provides all their own essential items for the training ie: Disposables, gloves (medium), numbing creams, machines, baby wipes, gauze, needles, masks, tray set up, barrier film, gowns, etc. (PPE).
- If hands-on, Student to provide model/s (Student keeps all model fees)
- Provides Coffee and bottled water both days
- Mary will provide lunch each day for student
